Just received a RESTRICTED call from a man who said his name is Billy Parker ID J357. Told me I won 18.5 million from the Publishers Clearing House. Asked why the phone showed up Restricted, he claimed it was a satellite phone that he uses to call all around the world. He asked if I received any mail about winning from PCH, or phone calls from them as well. I said this is this first I'm hearing of it. He said that I would have to pay taxes of $950 today first b4 I receive the money. Right away I knew it was a scam, but just kept him on the phone. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANYONE WITH THIS # ANY PERSONAL INFO!! LOW LIFE SCUM !!
