This number called about delivery of a court summons, when I said I wasn't home they gave me this same number to call about a "case" against me. First thing they wanted was my Social Security number verified!!!
keep calling in regards to some type of documents they need to deliver. Also stated that if you don't return call someone will be dispatch to your residence
Same experience. Bank of America was brought up. Spoke to a Justine and a Michael. Rude and very threatening. As soon as I started asking for documentation of all paper filings Justine started talking over me. They're arbitration. And aren't following protocol.
Unfortunately I gave them my card number. I don't remember giving my social security number. But did report to all 3 credit agencies. I got my card replaced before any money was taken out.

Caller wanted personal information and claimed to be from some credit company that does not exist.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
