Called cell phone and left no messages. Caller ID says; Minnesota

Keep getting numerous phone calls from person. Sounds like middle aged man. He calls and says hello. I say hello and ask who it is. He says "wait, is this Diane?" I say no because my name is not Diane. I tell him he has the wrong number. He apologizes and hangs up. He's called me six times and I've answered two and we've had identical conversations. He keeps calling though.

Called me once at 6 in the morning. I didnt answer, so he called again 20 minutes later, waking me up again. He asked for someone named (Madison, I think).. I told him he had the wrong number. He called 3 MORE times before I blocked his number.

This is legit. Fairview Hospital, calling to schedule an appointment for a procedure that my primary care doctor (who is also part of the Fairview system) recommended I get during my last checkup.
