yes, i too received the postcard, and thanks to th feedback on this site, i just put it in the trash can.
I called this place and they said since I was a first time home buyer they would come out and check my water for free. They said they also provide a gift of either $500 dollars in coupons or a free 2- day trip anywhere in the US. I set up the appointment for the next day in the evening for 8-9 pm. They said both residents needed to be present. Well they never showed up! I called their office and the voice message only states "Mrs. Carter, leave a message." I left a message stating no one called or showed up for the appointment and we waited around the house for this. I have yet to hear back from this so called company.
You're lucky. You DO NOT want these crooks casing your house while they try to sell you overpriced junk.
I just got this same stupid card in the mail. How ridiculous! It probably has to do with people buying a home and the mortgage company selling info... Sounds like we all just moved and the recieved this card. What a joke!
recieved the postcard too. except mine was to contact Mrs Edwards, guess they are changing names? hahathrew it in the trash, not gonna bite.
