called this morning and again this afternoon. The first time the robocall scammer left a VM saying he would be happy to send a donation material packet if I would confirm my address. Blocked the number. Not positive but I think this is either a police or volunteer firefighters donation scam

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
