Call from “United States.” Connected after I answered but no one spoke. Could hear some kind of music (from a radio or stereo) in the distant background and also could hear some movement or shuffling. Caller never spoke so I disconnected.
Yes, I had the same thing happen as Ralph. Yesterday the number just popped up on my phone. Today it went to voicemail (but didn't seem to ring - I was right next to it and it just lite up with a message and missed call) - on the message all I heard was a hang up.
Same. Put it on mute to see if anyone would say anything, they just hung up after about 10 seconds. My number is on the damn no-call list, why am I getting phone calls daily from random states?

Called me but I didn't hear the phone, no message left
just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
