112-345-6789 / 1123456789

I got the call about 5 mins ago, It isnt an Area code listed in the international Directory and I didn't answer. Nothing was listed anywhere, and it hung up 4 rings later

I received numerous calls from this number. On no occasions have I answered them. It certainly is a strange number. I would like to know who is using it.

We get these calls every 2nd day, this has been going on for 2 1/2 months now. We live in Ottawa. ON. Same issue as the other posts. they will call, but I have never gotten someone to speak. They do not hang up right away. I have stayed on the dead air phone for 8 minutes one time...and about 3 the rest. Might as well have their bill go up if they are going to disrupt my family as often as they do.Is it only people from Canada that are being bothered? Has anyone contacted authorities?I had no idea that there are so many others that are having the same non-existent area code numbers come up.

I live in ontario canada and receive a call from this number every wednesday around 6pm, as the man on the line had an east indian or pakistani accent i could not understand what he was saying.

I'm in Alberta and received calls from both 112-345-6789 and 312-345=6789 on March 28,2008. Didn't answer either one. 312 area code came up as Chicago. I'm thankful for call display since I no longer have to answer garbage calls.

re: 112-345-6789 --> I live in Ontario and received my first phone call from this number on 05-Jan-08 around 5 pm. I didn't answer it, and I don't know where this area code is coming from. Maybe it's a new one?

I live in Gatineau, QC Same issue as the other posts. I had no idea that there are so many others that are having the same non-existent area code numbers come up.

I live in Alberta and received this call, but was not home to receive it. When I tried to call it back it said out of service.

I get calls frequently from 112-345-6789, 212-345-6789, 312-345-6789 and 412-345-6789. This has all started within the last month and a half. It is terribly annoying to run to the phone constantly to check who it is this time. I have never answered them but I believe they could be telemarketers from India calling on behalf of HBC or Sears. I used to get frequent calls from HBC on 1-866 numbers asking me to buy insurance or long distance coverage. I would tell them I wasn't interested only to get another call two days later about the same issue. I purchased a "Telezapper" on the internet and attached it to my phone line. Totally works. When you pick up they are gone and it should hopefully delete your phone number from their computer.

I live in Ontario. I received a phone call from this number just before 5pm on 09-Jan-08. The day before I received a call from 1-212-345-6789 just before 1:40pm. Both times there was no message on the answering machine. Thought they were strange...
