This phone number has been asked and told several times to stop calling me. I blocked the number and they are still calling all hours of the day and night. I do not owe and will not give them $300.00. I am really getting upset for the BS phone calls waking me up at 1 a.m.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
