Scam texting me hundreds of times: "Hey Jeff, Samantha here with TLR. We buy land and I came across your parcel in Sampson. Would you be open to a quick chat?"

Just got the call. I am in Palm Bay Florida....Can't somebody stop these jerks....they are really scaring people who don't realize this is a scam.....This has happened before using a West Virginia phone number....SCAM SCAM SCAM give these people nothing and threaten them back if you ever speak to a live person....

I found the number they were using before. It is 304-400-6117 out of West Virginia. These people are Scam Artists. I called back and spoke to a woman who refused to give her name or the company she represented. I asked 3 times and she hung up on me. I called back and she immediately hung up again. Now she won't take my calls. Caller ID I guess........

I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THEM. THE GENTLEMANS NAME WAS DAIVID ROBERTS OF CIVIL PROCESS SERVERS. OF COURSE I HAVE ALREADY DONE MY HOMEWORK ON THIS. I WAS GETTING THE SAME CALLS FROM THE WEST VIRGINIA NUMBER. TOLD TO COME ON AND GET ME, MADE SURE THEY HAD A GOOD ADDRESS TO. LMAO..... PLEASE SHOW UP IN TEXAS.... I'M WAITING...

I have gotten a call from 304-400-6117 and 252-375-3449. When I called them they said they were dealing with civil litigation services. They say I have a loan out from years ago that I never paid back. They say I will receive a subpoena in the next 10-15 days. The woman had my SS# which really pisses me off. They would not say who the loan was through but said it was a check-n-go loan. I of course never took out any loan like that. This is stressing me out because they had my information and now either it is a scam or someone has stolen my identity, neither of which is good. Ugh! How can we stop the harassment?

My wife got the same call and threats. She was threatened with civil lawsuit, and told her that her bank accounts would be frozen. Offered to take care of the debt with a settlement offer. Told him we won't settle a debt we know nothing about. Contacted a lawyer and was told it was a scam. Spread the word!!!

I also received this same message and was also told that I owed money for a Discover Platinum card. I have never even owned a Discover card. When I pushed the issue to get a copy of the statement for the charges owed or to get a contact number for Discover she hung up on me. I then called Discover who confirmed that I have never had an account with them. This is a complete scam, don't pay them anything!

calling stating that I owe them money but will not give any information where his took place. so keep call if you like I'm contacting the police so how you like that and now you will be civil court [***] holes....LMAO

I just received a very similar message on my phone from the 252 number, and couldnt get back through to anyone. I thought it sounded odd, so I looked it up. I knew it had to be a scam! Did any of your messages say that it included a restraining order? This is rediculous. How do they get our information? Someone must stop them.

I got a call from this number and the 304 number. Exact same message. If this is not a scam why is the number changing. Also had two different business names at the end of the message. First was American Document Services then Civil Process Servers. Both not legitimate names for these people.SCAM
