Most likely a scam. Left message saying to return call or their solicitors will need to seek legal action.
This number calls all day long. Automated message stated there has been activity on social security number and they need a return call to resolve this issues. I have returned the call and told them to remove number because I know they are not the social security administration. They hang up immediately.
They said they had my name and SSN and would press charges on me if I did not call them back. This was left on a voicemail.

Called three times and left no message. The third time the name that came up on my phone was Authors Club president. I answered and the caller then said they were collecting on a debt, claimed they were recording the call. Scam.
