I just received this call. It only rang a couple of times, but I was not going to answer it anyway!

Obviously spoofed number called me an hour ago asking for 'Barbara'. They ended the call before I could even speak. Looks like they wasted their time then

Call lasts for 3 or 4 rings also preceeded by "unavailable" number.

further to previous submission. These calls are from a company called Business Pro Designs [sales.ie@businessprodesigns.com]. I received 6 telephone calls from them this morning in less than one hour. They sell web design but seem much more interested in your credit card details than in the web content. I am not saying it's a scam, and they seem to have designed some sites,but you should be wary of buying from a company whose first interest is your payment details. If you do need a web presence be aware of other ongoing costs re hosting of your pages.Joey M.

I live in Scotland in the UK, I got a call from +1 098 765 4321.I take it +1 is an American area code? They called me once yesterday and I let it ring out. They called me again today and made a noise and then hung up. I'm not going to answer again as it costs lost to answer calls from abroad.The numbers on Business Pro Designs are different to this tone. I don't think theyre the same. No-one asked me for anything or tried to sell me agying they just hung up.

+1 is the long distance code for Canada and America but there is no area code 098 so the phone number is fake anyways. Not answering seems to be the best idea.

I WOULD CALL 911.

I would'nt. I would just file a complaint to the FCC for USA or the National Do Not Call Registery for Canada.

I have received silent calls from this number 6 times today
