202-316-4793 wish i knew how to stop them from stop calling me it is stupid

Call on mobile with 'Washington DC' caller ID. Did not answer....they did not leave message.

Just got a call from this number. I didn't pick it up but instead consulted this website first. That's what I always do when I get a number I don't recognize. Since there are tons of malicious people out there that can hook you in just by answering their call, I strongly suggest to *never* answer a number you don't recognize. If it's someone that knows you - or if it's a legit call - they'll leave a message.

I got call from this number and reported it on DoNoCall registry as a complaint.

This number called today but didn't leave any message. I love called ID.

This is a scam, they ask you questions via a prompt to get personal info, ie, magazine readership, mortgage loan modification, etc... and promise several times during the phone call to provide you with free tickets for a crusie. Then after you answer the questions the system hangs up on you. When you call the number back the recording says they are not taking incoming calls. Its a scam.

I just got a call from 202-316-4793 and they say nothing.....I said hello twice and they hung up.....?????? I am registered with the government DO NOT CALL so I am reporting to them as well!!

If you call them back, you will be "establishing a relationship" with the company which voids your Do not Call registry with that company. Just report them on the Do Not Call Registry Page, under the file a complaint link. If they get enough complaints they will stop.

Received call. It was for a free cruise if you take a brief survey but I didn't take it.

The DNC list is the biggest bloody joke in the history of the USA. My number is on it and yet I get probably 10-20 calls every couple months telling me I've won a cruise, a free trip to outer space or a security system. [removed:lang]
