i got the survey today ,so I think is a scame too. They told me that I just won a cruise to Bahamas and they will call me back in 2-3 days to book the trip.

Called and left no message

This number calls, I answer, say "hello"; no response. I tried to call number back from work phone - got message "this number is not reachable."

Apparently I won a free cruise!...right.Scam scam scammy scam scam.Coincidentally, this call was preceded by 6 scamming texts.

Just have finished filing that complaint; thanks for the suggestion. My cellphone carrier [Sprint] also has an online site that allows me to block texts and/or messages from any unwanted or suspicious numbers to my private cellphone number.

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act is only enforceable in the US....DUH!! These people are DEFINITELY not going to use their actual NUMBER on the call. They have about a dozen embedded shell companies with the end result being in another COUNTRY. Also, the Do Not Call registry only works for SALES CALLS!!! If they are not SELLING you anything, it doesn't apply......period!! If the caller is performing "mareketing research" or calling you regarding a consumer product availble because you are a "member", those ARE NOT COVERED by the DNC registry.
