Call cell phone, didn't pick up, no message.

yeah, uh huh, sure they are illegal in most states, ... BUT THE DAMN LAW IS UNENFORCEABLE. What are you paying your representatives and congressmen for? They need to put some teeth and enforcement in so that these people can get shut down.

Punching "unknown" numbers on your cell phone is not like on a computer. You're not gonna get a virus on your phone.

Called my cell phone repeatedly. When I answer the phone, sometimes there is no response, and other times I hear a recording that says I won a cruise. They never leave a message, & if I answer the call I always hang up before I hear the whole recording.

They know that nothing will be done to lock em up forever. Hence they grow false courage and continue calling people. They are happy when people get frustrated or fall for their lies. Put frustrations aside, block them, and pray that they suffer.

He won't get a virus on his phone by punching numbers in, but the crooks will get a confirmation that his phone is live for robocalls from filthy boiler rooms in South Asia, South East Asia, Belize, etc.

I have been getting phone calls from 202-316-4793 that are some unwanted solicitation. I am on the do not call registry and do not want to continue to receive such calls. Please help. Thank you,

Answered the call. They promised a cruise if I took survey. In effort to find out who is behind call, I took survey. Finally received call back/hangup call with different CID 954 area code. Called back CID number which led to scum from Caribbean Cruise Line. They are Seller of Travel registered with Florida. Principal is listed on BBB as Robby Birnbaum, a FL lawyer that defends all sorts of Florida telemarketers. Birnbaum is a piece of work. They have an F-rating and only have 1316 complaints!!!! Nice people. Operators don't appear to be registered as Commercial Telephone Sellers or as Sellers of Travel, though Caribbean Cruise Line is registered. Birnbaum was attorney for August Belmont and Company and The Center for Legal Justice, two debt telemarketer companies that regularly violate telemarketing laws...One of their attorneys, Howard Feinmel, has 10 or 20 complaints against him with the Florida Bar. Yeah, he's one of Birnbaum's buddies!!!!! I'll be suing Caribbean Cruise Line for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Received two calls on my cell in the past 24 hours from this number. One at 11:08 pm and one at 11:21 am. Called ID shows Washington DC...we have family that works for the State Dept. and are presently oversees. Definitely scared use to the Washington DC number. Answered at 11:08 pm and it was a recording stated we had won a cruise. Cell number is on the Do Not Call List. What a scam this is!!!

Received a call from this number abouot 3 hours ago. Did not answer, said it was from a DC cell phone. I am on the "Do Not Call Registry".
