No voice-mail message was left.Probably a scammer, trying to convince me to surrender my credit-card information.

got this call just a few minutes ago, saying that i won a cruise for two only if i answered a survey.

Received call from 202-329-5143 at 3:15 p.m. January 18th Area code 705

Called at 8:35 pm. I let it go to voicemail, no message left.

It usually takes a few seconds to transfer the call, and some more time for the "next-available-minimum-wage-scammer" to pick-up the "forwarded" call. So, during that elapsed time, all you hear is "silence".Best advice: keep them talking until they realize that you are not going to give them any information.Each call is monitored, for "performance" of the employee. By taking too long, and by them not "closing the deal", they get a low score. When their scores are reviewed at the end of the week, the person with the lowest score gets fired.Meanwhile, while you are talking to them, they cannot take another call from a "less-wise" person, and try to scam that person. So, it may be your aunt or grandmother who cannot get through to the scammer.

They just called me, and I called them back after reading these posts. The Number is disconnected, or not in service, and it's a Verizon wireless number.

Called, didn't answer, no message left, added number to my Panasonic call blocking list - great feature!

In Hamilton, ON - 2:15 pm today, received a call from this number; did not recognize area code so did not answer. No message left.

they keep calling no message, called them no answer and no voice mailbox set up

I've been getting phone calls from 202-329-5143 since before Christmas. These calls come almost every day anywhere between 8:00am to 8:00 pm sometimes up to 4 times a day. Really annoying!!! How do we stop this?
