We are a small business and this number contacted us on behalf of one of our clients to set up credit card billing. In other words, so our client could pay US via credit card. No suspicious information was requested such as EIN etc. This phone number is for Pacific Continental Bank, which is a prominent business bank in the Pacific Northwest, it also happens to be OUR bank. It is legit. None of the "Call Types" seem to fit this particular call.
I believe it's PNC Bank calling back but her voicemail is choppy so I came here to find out. I filed survey on PNC coz no one would assist me with a joint account to unlock my soldier sons locked account on deployment. Unhappy with them. Poor treatment of military. Excuses.

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
