I was told I got a 9000 dollar grant, call the number given and thay will set up the delivery to Walgreens, CVS, or western union, I believe it's a fraud, I did not call the number

He did not ask for my account number or routing number, just the name of my bank. I have not been able to reach this number as a machine comes on, hence the reason I don't know if this is a safe or unsafe number. I will update this info once I reach them

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
