I've decided that since I receive so many calls like this one, I just lift the receiver off the hook, wait approximately 2 seconds, then hang up. There's only about a 1 in 10 chance that they'll answer anyway...

Called my cell phone by the call was blocked as the # was not in my contact list. May their dialing fingers develop arthritis and their tongues a venereal disease ....

yeah, that's just WAY too much. no consideration for others at all! it's harrassment plain and simple. they should be hung.

No answer when I pick up the phone. Called over and over. Please make this stop.

Get the new iOS7 software and you can block all incoming calls.

Good reply. I would like to add another comment. Last year I moved in with my elderly mother to help look after her. Her number has been bombarded by calls like this. I suspect that somehow she got her number on a list of susceptible senior citizens.

202-465-5586 Called at 6:15pm PST this evening.I said "Hello" once and after no response for several seconds, I hung up the phone and searched online for comments. After 10 minutes, no other calls. I will update if I receive another call from this number.

I got a call from this same number as well. Then I called the Feds that maintain the Do Not Call List. They told me that they don't have the money or the personnel to enforce the list. So it's up to you to stop it. I now use an applications that ONLY lets calls into my cell from people I say that can call me. Everything else is rejected no matter what. :)

Called several times today, no one answered.

They called me, so I assume I also won a cruise. This is getting old.
