Charity or not. If some one is too unprofessional to leave a message and is too rude to be on the other end of the line when I answer, I don't care if it is a charity that I may wish to support. This charity just lost my support. Also when a caller ID has been deliberty programmed (in this case to display Connecticut) then this could be a scam. Professional organizations and legitimate organizations do not hide their name.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
