I called the toll free number and talked to someone. They are a telemarketing company for business oriented magazines, targeting potential customers for magazines relevant to an industry that you might work in. I asked the lady to take me off of their call rotation. They use an automatic dialing system. So, no one is specifically targeting you. Yours was just the next number up on the rotation. The lady said they would take my number out and it could take 24 hours. I will advise if they do not live up to that expectation.
No message. I answered. Man said he was scheduling Marriott owners for informative lunch about changes this past 2014 & new for 2015. Scheduled lunch for Hilton @ St. Louis airport then cancelled it when 2+2=5
Called this morning and left a message with nothing but background noise. Blocked from my phone.
This is a completely ineffective way of getting anything done. Should be illegal.

Got the same thing DM1 reported. So, I just blocked the number and reported it to my phone carrier.
