Some foreign man called me and still does alomst everyday for over a month. They said I was going to be given $9600 for a federal government grant for people with hardships and that all I had to do was to pay the 200 receiving amount and they would send the funds to me thru Walmart money gram. You don't have to pay for a grant nor do u have to pay a fee to receive money thru Walmart money gram. U have to pay to send but not receive. Absolutely ridiculous and has been reported to the government as well. Do not fall for this scam.hope this helps
