Get calls like this at least twice a month on my cell phone. I use a call block program that hangs up on then when put on the blacklist.Numbers that have called:207-493-2612207-493-2615207-493-2603207-493-2608Get Google Voice if you can... and a good call blocker helps too. I hate when my minutes are wasted by junk such as this.
They called and did not leave a message.Caller ID read MRK RCHGRPAlso CNMRKRS and the last 4 digits was 2603Very annoying.
I have been called also about a 'cruise' from Survey RC. The phone numbers they used are all 207-493-****, where the **** is 2640, 2600, 2615, 2652, 2614, 2631. This is getting very aggrivating.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
