This collection agency has put a dept on from when I was 17 from a surgery when I was coverd under my parents insurance so in other words there just out to get money and not even care who the bill goes to
This company is filled with the rudest people ever they call and say you owe money but refuse to send paper work so you can read it over and make arrangements to pay if you. Do they treat you like if you was the scum of the earth. Beware of the management team as well they are no better then the clerks they have working for them.
if they refuse to send you documents then they are scammers just trying to get money from you. i blocked them.
Collection agencies buy these debts from the original business for pennies on the dollar. Then, they try to harass and bully you into paying it to them. That's how they make their money. They only real way to stop them is to report them to the FCC and Better Business Bureau for harassment. Even then, it takes multiple complaints unless you have them recorded making threats.

Most likely a scam. Didn't recognize caller ID so did not answer and it (robocaller?) left no message. Nuff said.
