I have seizures and these unsolicited telephone calls adds to the stress related to this illness.
There was a pre-recorded message - stating that the call was coming from the Social Security Office, with an important message.....&...then, proceeded to inform me that there was suspicious activity on my SS#-so, they have suspended it!!! To get more information, I'm supposed to press 1....so, I hung up.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
