I just got a call from this number in Texas and I have couple of USAA phone numbers since I'm a member and this isn't a USAA number at all.

Yes, it is USAA's Retirement Services. They called me after I apparently was looking at retirement account options online.

its legit they just called me to settle a claim. pickup if you are a usaa member or have filed a claim with usaa.

I do not have accounts with them and just received a call from this number. Nor am I a military member and neither of my children are either. I didn't answer because I didn't know the number.

USAA - it is a legit call. If you are not a member, they may be calling you due to any auto accidents you were involved with someone who is a policy holder.

I kept getting calls from this number on my cell phone. They were looking for Tanya Coker regarding a 2003 Dodge insurance policy. They left messages on voice mail. Been going on for a couple of months. Takes away minutes and fills up the voice mail. I called them today thinking I would help them out so they wouldn't be on a wild goose chase and also to get my number taken off their list. Got to talk to Brenda who started explaining why they might have called, maybe this Tanya person shares my phone and reasons why they might be calling. I REALLY COULD CARE LESS-- just take my friggen number out of your stupid system. This person was the most hard headed customer service person ever. I do not need anything explained to me because I DON'T CARE--just take my number out of the system. I finally screamed obscenities at her--maybe she'll quit and others won't be annoyed by her. If she is an example of the quality of service this company has to offer, I would look elsewhere other than the trash.
