Received a call from 210-531-8722, did not answer. Message wanted me to call back via an 800 number in reference to my "inquiry" which I did not make. Obvious scam using legit number to get you to call another number. Beware.
I got a call from this phone number but I didn't recognize it so I let it go to Voicemail. The man left a message and said he was a representative from USAA letting me know that they had to talk to me about some forms on my new car loan. The Voicemail told me to call an 888-719-8015 number. What I did was call the normal Customer Service number on the back of my card, 800-292-8454, and they looked at my account and saw that there was indeed a form I needed to complete and that it was all in a message on their website. So it seems to have been legit. But you can't go wrong by calling the number on your USAA card and if there is something they need to talk to you about it will be in your file and they'll see it.
Life is actually pretty simple, folks. If you don't recognize the calling number, don't answer. Geez.
2nd attempt at my bank info comprised. I've been hacked - 3 transactions show up on statement from USAA 'testing' fraud measures in place. I check every day, several times a day. You should too! All accounts now 'restrained'. 2 were for deposits of .17 & .51 and the other for a withdrawal of .71. I guess waiting to see if anyone would notice. Now I get 2 calls from them today on cell? Suspicious! I don't do business with them. I haven't been in any accidents. BEWARE!
They have NO reason to call me. I am in way associated with this company. I don't even know what it is and really, could give a [***]. Stop the cold calls [***]. And yes, I did call the number, and it was legit. Couldn't get anyone to answer.
It's legitimately USAA. An agent called me back about a claim I had filed half a year ago, and I had just received an email about it. She left a voicemail number and told me to call back the normal USAA number, with her extension.I think the reason this number is not officially listed with USAA is because their agents probably have a different set of numbers than the normal customer service number.. I don't know, all I know is this person was from USAA and wasn't harassing me about buying insurance

Saying postal redelivery unit when called. What?
I didn't accept the call and they did not leave any voice message
I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
