Can't remember if it is the same number that I have answered previously trying to sell me something.
This is the continual Chinese crap that calls constantly. People in China are suffering so much from the Trade war that they are calling the US constantly for help. This is scam to get money and harass people in the United States into submission to accept Chinese rule and domination of the world.
