got a call from 212 619 9999...i answered...guy did not speak english...i told them to take me off call list...and if they did not i would report them,they still keep calling me
I received a call from this number today with a female recording saying "a formal complaint has been received in my office which will result in service of process being completed at either home or place of employment for (Then a computer generated recording of name). Please call immediately to avoid further legal action". Ok, so I received a call identical to this last week but from a different phone number. A relative received it as well last week. I called back and they refused to say who they were. I had to ask 4 times until the person blurted out a fake company name. They went on to say a complaint would be mailed again. Yeah right! lol.I don't owe anybody money and I have no legal issues whatsoever and nothing has ever been mailed to me. In America, you'd pretty likely know if you were in legal trouble or being sued! lol .Complete fraud!!! They will, however, harrass your family too, because they access public records. This same thing happened last year and quieted down for a while.
I got a call from this number, the man said he loved me and wanted to marry me, that he saw me on facebook thought i was beautiful and has been thinking about how to propose to me and thought thanksgiving day would be nice. I hung up and the same man called a minute later from a different number, very sketchy and scary
Caller said he was from QuickBooks Tech support and they had received a report that my data had been compromised. Said if i gave him access to my computer, he could run diagnostics to determine exactly what happened. I hung up. he called back and yelled at one of my employees and then hung up on her.
Received multiple calls from this number. When I finally answered, the caller said he was from Quickbooks Tech support and they had a message indicating my data was compromised. Told me if I gave him remote access to my computer, he would be able to run diagnostics to determine the problem. Having worked with QB support, I knew this was not accurate so hung up. Caller called back and yelled at my employee and hung up on her.
We didn't answer and all they said into the answering machine was my first name and then hung up.
Called and no message . I called them back and it is a disconnected number ! It's a spoofed number ! That's the trend now ! Instead of personally seeing these type of people , they are so desperate that they are calling people to scam them! It's really pissing me off these out if area BS calls!!!!!!!!!
