I received a call/ text from a different number--1-203-538-9366--which is a CT Orthopedic number. The message said it was for a Juan B Rodgriquez...which is not my name--and they are trying to serve this person w/ papers... it said to contact 877-310-3158...which appears to be a fake number...

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
