My caller ID was Municipal Credit; Web search found 2 comments from 10-2013 & 1-2014 stating caller ID was Merchants Bank NY. Both posters said they never had an account with Merchants. Further web searches found that this number WAS used by a Merchants Bank in Manhattan (Joe Chricione) BUT Merchants Bank of NY was acquired by Valley National Bank of Wayne NJ in late 2000. Also found Joe Chricione listed in a Valley National Bank Directory as Information Technology officer at this number (old webpage?) . Went to Valley National Bank website and did a search for that name but it returned "no results" . Yet 13 years later they are calling using Merchant Bank or Municipal Credit as a caller ID? As usual - don't answer unknown numbers

This number comes up as a match to my name on Microsoft search results, and with a different age than MY true age. There is no other ME who has the same first, middle and last name spelled like this that I EVER came across. It's definitely a scam!

Scotia bank fraud Dept calling about a change to my account
I just tried to log into my SS account and could see that this number was trying to get a code to gain access. This country is OUTTA CONTROL. Hey Elmo is this you and your teen gang?
SCAM - Caller with Indian accent claimed to be calling from Barclays credit card fraud department. Asked for personal information. Just hang up.
This number made an unauthorized charge on my PAYPAL account. I had no dealings with them.
