The woman who called asked for the person responsible for the phone bill. I told her it is handled by our out of state corporate office. She was very polite and not at all pushy.

Got a message from Kathrine, saying she wants to go over my verizon bill and she is a dedicated customer service rep for verizon. Ha Ha Ha!

There is nothing less appealing than a voice dripping with utter sarcasm when asked to please specify which (common name inserted here) you would like to speak with. "The one who is in charge of our phone systems and services" is not a name located in my directory no matter how unique it is.Thank you,

REALLY annoying how these people call and leave no message. DONT THEY REALIZE that most current phone systems still record it as an incoming call and leave you a message indicating "No Message Left" each and every time they pull this nonsense?Don't need cold calls anyway, but firms or individuals who do this ENSURE they do not get calls answered in the future.If I need something from you, I WILL reach out to you. I have NEVER in my career received a "cold call" and said "Oh wow I was hoping you called as I was just thinking about your product or service."UGH!

Same thing....got me on the phone one time and said they could increase our speed and save us money! Calling a 212 # but they don't even realize our office is remote. I haven't picked up the phone since once I see their # and they continue to call .....for 9 months! never leaving a message

Caller ID: INTERGLOBE COMM. Woman asked for the person in charge of our phone services. Placed her on hold and not even 15 seconds later she hung up. Cold caller for sure.
