Definitely a scam caller. Left one message about being a Health Dept Survey. Calls very frequently.
Received a call from this number and the caller ID says County of Los A. It is odd that this number would call at 7:30 PM. No message was left
Junk call (also 7:30pm), and most likely yet another scam. Left a message claiming they were taking non-mandatory health survey. Blocked this number.
Called on Sat. 2-10-18 at 1:57 PM Left no message. I could hear some background noise that sounded like a call center of some type. Probably a sales/scam call. County of Los A on Caller ID. If LA County calls they usually leave a message because they need to tell you something. (Juror duty or social services, etc.)
Call came in at 8:26pm PT on Feb 20. No message left. Must be a scam. Caller ID says "County of LA". County employees are not working at 8:26pm making blind phone calls to people.
Called at 6:36 PM. Left no message. County of Los A on caller ID. LA County doesn't call/work after 6 PM. Must be a scam.
We've now gotten many calls from this number, mostly in the evening or on weekends, even though I blocked it on the first call. We also recently got a similar call from caller id: Unavailable, Out of Area, and a message was left claiming they were doing an important health survey and wanted to talk to an adult 18 years of age or older. So we assume that all of this is yet another scam, and this is why we NEVER answer calls from unfamiliar numbers.

Received a text from this number today about their colon kit. As always with these types of texts, I block the number without responding and report it ass spam.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
