all this week I been getting calls from this number is blocked this number on my phone and this number still comes thur irritated as hell with this I don't know nobody in jail and I would appreciate it if they stop calling my dam phone stop calling me
I do not know ANYONE in Cali. But this number called 4 times in a row today. Left voice automated messages. Press 1 to accept this free call...blah blah blah. My guess is they somehow got the #'s from previous inmates calls that were valid. So whichever service the person you know who actually is in jail or prison went through probably sold the information to these people! Do not accept from what I see. Real inmate calls will give inmate name & the facility in which they are locked up in. They will also tell you if it is a prepaid call or a collect call. I guess people will do whatever they can these days to make some money!! Good luck
This is an inmate calling from a jail, and he keeps pounding my phone. First he had an 866 number, but I got those calls blocked. Now, this is a prepaid card of some type, and he is still harassing my phone. When I didn't recognize the number ( I have family in California) it identifies his name, but I hung up before it continued, as I did not want to risk accepting any collect calls. If I don't answer, it leaves a message on voice mail that says "If you want to stop these calls, press 6." The call can be blocked even though this is a calling card.
this is an inmate call, but is prepaid, is not a collect call, just listen what the operator says why are you be scared. ?
This is a calling card issued in jail. It allows you 20 min of talk time on this card they purchased. You should not be getting billed. We are in FL. I guess CA issued the cards
i recieved 3 calls from this number and they say its the sheriff coroners office calling. try calling # back and number is not in service.. thats pretty messed up..
These are free calls to you, from an inmate in any given jail or detention center, and the number is just the routing number for phone calls in these centers. You cannot call it back, for it will not work. Also, if you have a family member in jail/prison, and this is the way they are contacting you, they are having to buy a prepaid card at their commissary store, but you can prepay their account using evercom.com and setting up an account
got a call from this number on my cell, let voice mail pick it up and they didn't leave a message...then 3 min. later another call.. again no message ... caller id says its from the Los Angeles Area...i don't know anyone from there!
