Did an application for a job and started getting phone calls about school! Blocked the number

They called me and didn't say a word. Probably a spam caller that charges calls.
I tried to check out some job postings for my fiance, but had to fill out a form to be taken to the employment site; one of which included my phone. I suspect the website was a phishing site, as about 15 min after I filled this out Career School Advisors called. This may be totally legit, but something smells phishy about this. I thanked them but told them I wasn't interested and ended the call.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
