This company called our business number looking for our recently deceased owner. I asked what the call was regarding and after they explained that they were looking for investors, I explained that our boss had recently passed away. The crude piece of human waste who was calling scolded me and said I should have told him that at the beginning of the call. And then he hung up on me. I called back to tell them that we are a business and many people who call are unaware of our loss and they are looking for the owner. And I reminded him that they initiated the call not me. These people are are terrible. I wouldn't invest a dime with them.

it is a speculative enegy development company seeking investors in their project(s).....if their project had merit, they wouldn't have to cold call and seek monies from the uninformed .... without a solid prospectus and proven reserves they are going after, I have no use for these investment calls...my experience is that it is a sure-fired way to lose all of your money .."oops !! the well didn't pan out !"

Cold called my cell phone this evening - that number is on the DNC List, so what conclusion can we come to on that one?Oil and Gas 'investment' opportunity. I agree with the poster above, if there was anything to it, they'd never call you - you'd be calling them. BUT - when the baboons are dialing for dollars, it's a sure fire sign of a way to quickly lose your money.

Well alrightythen.... I guess they hired a new baboon. I received another call - as if they had never spoken to me before - only this time it wasn't for oil and gas exploration it was for energy DE-regulation. It appears as though they are going to be the new "Enron" in electricity billing circles for those states that have stupidly de-regulated their electric service. Now those poor ba$$tards in those DE-regulated states will be at the mercy of these idiots. Remember the Enron employees phone conversations that played out on the American Greed TV show, Dateline NBC and the like? "Hey, Bob? Can you shut down the plant for a few hours so that we can bump the bid cost up on the juice?" Those West Coast people were paying like 300% more for power than the rest of us - just because some greedy energy market managers were illegally manipulating the market for their own personal gain with no regard for the consumer. If you are going to deregulate - you certainly do not put it in the hands of those that could financially benefit hugely from it. Well, get ready for that on a much larger scale. They're trying this thing nationwide if they can get more states to pass DE-regulation.

those claiming to be oilmen who are calling folks and say they are operating in Texas are scam artists, a dime a dozen. Shame on them. I suspect they are buying names/numbers list from NADC - Larry Koonce. He's taking in substantial amout of money from folks but not producing oil/gas and not returning money to investors. Not sure why Texas RailRoad Commission and/or Texas Attorney General hasn't shut down that jokers operation and brought him to justice.

I know what the facts are and what I state is correct. You don't know enough about the case/situation to judge me and my comments. I know which thread this is... which is reason I posted , and I already referenced that previously. Nothing wrong with posting facts, which may benefit others. Why are you even worried about it ?
