"Melissa" called from a local (local number (980) 229-4801) to me number that is a verizon carrier based cell number. Interestingly enough she asked that I return her call to 844-832-5960. I don't know the name of this low life "collection agency" if one could even call it that! I've spoke with "Melissa" in the past she thinks she's one tough bully too bad I've had longer to perfect my interaction with low life scammers than she's had to scam people!! She's trying to collect on a medical bill that was under $50 (and has been paid years ago) that is over 8 years old. She refused to give me the company name which I'm pretty certain isn't exactly legal. We have filed a car with CFPB but of course Melissa and crew have yet to respond!! I requested a debt validation letter from Melissa she only wants to email it to me stating that's the best she can do as time "isn't on my side" before I'm served papers for a "case". "Melissa" tried to convince me an emailed debt validation letter is just as legal and valid as via USPS, I had to help her with her job and let her know that's not the case per CFPB. I've now blocked her local and toll free number. Should you call the toll free number an automated voice answers giving no company name, voice aux states "please hold while I research your account", seconds later it states "please hold for the available agent". I didn't bother as I know this isn't a valid debt not to mention what type of legit business doesn't provide company name via live nor automated voice??? A scammer that's who!!!

We had a message from a Melissa from a different phone number. She left the same number for us to call back as the one she left for you. We didn't call. I thought it must be a scam. Thanks for confirming it!

I also had a call from a local number (804) 340-7242 the message left told me to call Brittany Hartwell at the number listed above 1-844-832-5960. I googled the number and everything that's related to it says SCAM!!!!!!!

Call from a Chris Wright from a local number asking me to call 8448325960. Defiantly a SCAM collector.

I received a phone call from 513-906-6208 from Ms Channer she advised to have the person she was looking for to call 844-832-5960 because they need a statement from them. She said the company She works for is called DTM.

That is because you a dead beat that does not pay your bills.. funny thing is that your the scammer that take advantage of the financial system in America.. this is from a guy with good credit...lol

I also received a call from Brittany Hartwell but the local number was 469-832-5960. Gave the same 844-832-5960 to call back.
