Called asking for owner, by name, insisted that the owner had emailed him to call today at a certain time, when I told him owner wasn't in, he told me I was lying, and that he was a customer, and when I asked for his last name so I could look up the job, he hung up on me. Very Rude. Call came in from Addison, Tx.

Caller demanded to speak to my partner, who he said he had a conference call with scheduled for today from two weeks ago. He demanded I give the phone to my partner. My partner has been on sick leave since February. When I told him this her hung up. Very rude and left me a bit shaken.
