These folks call me around the same time the past couple years. I WAS in the middle of a lawsuit last year already, when they called me and left a message saying " their mediation department has some complaints against me and to call them to leave a statement" something like that. So I thought it was legit, till they tell me I got a loan from check cashing place about 6 years ago and never paid them. Hahaha I've never been in a check cashing place. Wanted me to shell out money right over the phone. People are sick. Don't fall for this crap. They got mad and said "see you in court" well, it's that time of year again. Gettin more calls... absolute scum. I told them this number is blasted all over the net as a scam. "Well people can write whatever they want online" just hang up, if they don't hang up first, don't give them any Info.

I have received many of these calls I never answer but I want to now just to see what they say, I have no debt never have since I am under 20 and am on SSI so I can't live beyond my means in any way sunless someone used my ss without my knowledge which I just checked my credit score to get an account & there is nothing I can't wait to see what they pull out of thin air might be fun

i also received a call from 214-974-5285 it rang once then went to voicemail. i listened to my VM & a lady's voice said "this message is solely intended for..." then there was a pause -- then a computer generated voice stated my name --- then the lady's voice returned & said "our mediation department for refusal has received a complaint with allegations against you. it is imperative that you contact our mediation department to provide a statement at...." then another computer generated voice states "214-974-5285 reference file # 1084980" then the call endedI had a feeling it was a scam..that's why i googled the number...im going to report this

Received the same call. This time on a new number, last one I blocked. Will block again, big scam

Same message...garbled...left on my voice mail. Obvious SCAM.

Just received a voicemail stating there are allegations against me. Stated a file number and a call back # to a mediation department at 214-974-5285. Scam artists back at it again

They keep calling me threatening to have me arrested for taking out a loan 11 years ago. I told them it wasn't me and they don't care. They keep calling my husband and my old job telling them to tell me to call. They are incredibly rude and will not take no for an answer. They say I'm be garnished, paying from jail, served for Court, etc. I was not in the state claimed at the time though they do have an old job and address from that time period but definitely not the right email...

scam artist claiming i have allegations against me and want my statement. called twice. looked up number and business. doesn't exist and phone number is a mobile phone. checked credit score as well and nothing.

the gentleman asked to verify the last four of my social, then refused to send me a written debt validation, but said that they were offering a very generous settlement of 840. Used an old address and email account.
