telemarketer for Complete Business Solutions claiming to be a supplier for Eversource.
"Tiffany" called claiming to be from Pepco. Wanted to talk about electric supply charges. Pepco confirms this is a scam.
Call all the time ..........don't leave a message.........sometimes hang up before machine clicks in.
Called twice. Only left message once. Claimed to be about BGE bill. They called at work because I do AP. I've dealt with these idiots long enough to know it's someone from an alternative energy supplier trying to weasel their way in. Had one from a different number hang up on me the other day when they realized I wasn't buying their bs.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
