We have been deluged for at least one year with calls to our land line and cell phones. All are registered as "no call". Usually after we say "hello" there is no response. If the calling entity calls itself a "survey" then there is not much use of this no call list as they usually do

Won’t give up I never answer but they keep dialing it up. Irritating, say it’s debt collection and city says Dallas.
