Received a hang up call from this number at 10am on 2/25/08.Why sign-up on a "Do Not Call" list if I keep getting these nonsense calls?

I have been receiving calls from this number for over 3 weeks at approximately the same time every day -- 1:30 to 2:30 pm CST.I live in MN and it is a northern MN area code. I have not answered and will continue not to answer based on what I have read above.

Received a phone call this morning. The caller hung up. This number came up 1-218-740-2135.
They have called several times in the past few weeks. I called them back today and was directed a voicemail which happened to be full so I couldn't leave a message. I then connected to a live person who I asked to remove me and he said he did ... we'll see!
