Called, hung up when I answered. Called the number back to speak to a rep., and was on hold for about 10 min. before I was able to abuse them.

Have gotten numerous calls, I never answer them. They don't leave a message, so I assume it is not important.

i live in duluth and know customerlink well. they do not sell actual utilities they sell service plans for your current utility providers. Also they are actually in good standing with the FCC just like 95% of telemarketing agencies in the country. 1 bad apple doesnt make the whole bushel bad. And finally the DO NOT CALL list is [***]. Read the fineprint... any agency has up to 8 weeks to remove you from their calling list it doesnt happen overnight in any way shape or form. When you ask a telemarketer on the phone to take you off their list they should be telling you it takes up to 8 weeks and regrettably you might be contacted again in the meantime. Oh [***] ibeen saying it wrong this whole post... if you say take me off the list it wont happen either. You need to say this exactly "i want my numbers to be placed on your do not call list and i want a copy of your do not call policy in writing"

Called and man says to call back then there is a long silence.

I hate calls from people I don't know. 218-740-2135 has been calling me everyday for the past week or so. It's very rude and annoying. This why people like me HATE telemarketers. LEAVE A MESSAGE. If I want to talk to you, I will call you back!!I called the number back and requested to be off their list and told them I am reporting them as I am on the do not call registry. ALWAYS report these calls!

Call's received, I do not answer calls from a number that I do notknow. No voice mail left.

I called this number back (218-740-2135) and it was a telemarketer service. So far they suck when it comes to selling stuff, because the instant I answer and say "Hello" they hang up on me. But when I called to talk to a representative, I had to wait for 5 minutes and finally hung up when no one talked to me. If you call the number you have have the option to have your number removed. I'm going to try it and see if it works..

This is not a solicitation call. We checked it out after they called us last week. Turns out this is a legit call from a service contracted by your gas company. They need to come by and test your meter for something like 'atmospheric erosion.' Our gas company is Center Point Energy in Minnesota, but I'm guessing they work with other gas companies too. If you want to find out more for yourself, call your gas company and ask them about the test. If you have an outdoor gas meter, cal your gas company and ask them to take your name off the list. They don't even need to call you if that's the case.

This number has been calling me for the last week and hanging up every time I answer. I am supposed to be on the "no call" list. This burns my butt! I want to report them!

The person who called me by name, represented himself as part of TECO Renewable Energy. I though it was a joke and said "so TECO is calling me from area code 218?" (TECO is Tampa Electric area code 813) Area code 218 is the greater state of Minnisota. The guy said "yea, were handling their calls for them, would you like me to remove you from the list"? I said yes, please remove my name. End of call. I will be contacting TECO about this.
