They have called several times on my cell phone. I accidentally answered today (didn't check caller ID - opps!) A man with very limited English skills asked for someone I've never heard of...I told him wrong number and remove me from list. I tried emailing "customer link" per one other person's note but the email came back as undeliverable. I still do not know who or what is behind this number.
Several years ago when I signed up on the do not call list, I started getting these calls. After months of reporting them, they finally quit calling.The other day, after reading that the do not call list would be expiring next year and you would need to sign up again if you wanted to continue it, I signed up again AND STARTED GETTING the calls again.Makes me wonder if that shoddy outfit doesn't monitor the do not call list and call you just to be irritating.
Calling two or three times a day. Getting tired of it. Never leave messages. Waste of time.
Received call, no one acknowledged me when I said hello. I checked caller ID & redialed their number, after quite some time I was able to talk to a human! She told me they are a company that works for utility companies & colleges (online) Said I was going to complain to my local utility company & she changed her tune!If they like to call us, if you have unlimited service (no fee for toll calls) CALL THEM!! Give them some of their own medicine, tell them to hold on, don't say anything or just hang up. Childess-yes, but so satisfying!
Not related to you owing people money. I called the company & asked a few questions, they do business with different utilities & colleges. Told them I was reporting them & told them to see what people had to say about them by having them google their own number. When they call just say "No speakee English" & hang up,
Ditty-if you are not registered with the Do Not Call, do it NOW! If you don't have caller id I suggest you order it from your phone company. I have it & am sorry I didn't have it years ago, best thing that ever happened in worl of technology. Outside of those suggestions my final thing would be just hang up when you know it's them.
