Have received several calls from this number. I didn't answer but called the number on another phone to see who/what it was about. An Indian voice told me my PC was not working and if I did not buy $2000 in Walmart OR Target credit cards and give him the numbers on the cards he would shut my PC down...said I didn't own one and hung up.

Called me about the same time yesterday. Does not leave a message with call back number or brief message as to purpose as a normal person would.
Most likely a scam. Didn't recognize caller ID so did not answer and it (robocaller?) left no message. Nuff said.
