They say that their service Canada and i don't believe it one bit. Sounds like a busy operation happening in the background very suspicious. Same two people answer the phone claiming their id number i hung up before 20 sec worried they might back me if i stay on too long please be aware!!!!

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
