Collector. Using scam tactic of making references to "formal complaints", "summons faxed to her/his office", "pressing legal matter", etc. Also connected to 866-207-1967. Company buys stale dated debts and illegal internet payday loans and tries to bully consumers into paying on debts that are time barred and/or not legally collectible.
Absolutely Correct you nail it! They are using Skype voice over the internet line and just try to scare the crap out of you they really sick in thinking now days they can collect on stale out of status of limitation debts which bother way 4 years for most states. Just block it fox
I received two phone calls, one right after the other, that I did not answer, but the calls showed different numbers. The first call was 229-518-6462 and the second call was from 480-403-2620. Messages were not left on either call and both numbers have been reported as some type of scam.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
