Called cell phone three times; never entered

Called, left no message. Called back, got not human response.

I got call from Reserch Center on twice evening .No left message .

(4-29-07)5:36 p.m., 5:37p.m.,7:37 p.m. RESEARCH CENTER on CID. (4-30-07) 6:10 p.m. actually left a lame message on voice mail. Played back message only to hear a young lady (that's pushing it) say hell-o and giggle like hell and have her female friend lol and do the same, and hang up. I called back # only to have complete silence, no tone, no anything. [***] wipes-

I got phone call like ten times from 1-231-224-2031, caller ID "RESEARCH CENTER". No human behind the call.

They have called numerous times in one weeks. The caller ID says the caller is Research Center. One time a male left a voicemail and said he was from the DNC; I'm guessing the Democratic National Committee. Very annoying and disruptive. I've filed a complaint on the National Do Not Call Registry at www.donotcall.gov/

Called and left no message 2007-05-18 1742 EDT and then again at 1949 EDT.

Called and left no message 2007-05-19 1001 EDT. I answered when it called again at 1727 EDT and was told a home electric survey was being conducted for J.D. Power and Associates. I informed the female called I wished to be removed from their call list; she thanked me and the call was over.

Whoever they are, they have called my house several times a day for the last 2 weeks and as late as 9:30pm. I don't anwer because I have caller ID but they won't stop calling.

Receive a couple of calls a night. No answer when we pick up phone and no messages left.
