Thanks - I just don't pick up on any numbers I don't know.Figured it was a scam right off.No message, what a surprise.

TEST on CID--probably one of Rachel's million numbers--I don't answer any of them anymore--my landline was spoofed several months go--pretty weird looking at your CID and seeing your name and number--reported it to AT&T and FCC--who knows what, if anything they did about it.

This call keeps coming in on my brand new landline (no one even has the number yet!) and it comes up on called ID as "TEST".

Kind of a mess up message. Since you been paying off your credit card off. We can lower your interest.If I am paying off my credit cards off when I get them. Why do I need to lower the interest rate when I pay them off every time.Well, I did hit one. Waited. foreigner comes on the line. Repeated of what I just wrote. Then flock off.

Wow! 5 pages of complaints and still going strong. Just called me and robo-chick said "congratulations! because you pay your bills on time you qualify for lower interest rates on ALL your credit accounts!" OH PULEEZ!!!!!

Called us on 02/24/15; we were not home; no msg left. Caller ID said "Test". THIS scam is 'lowering interest rates' but the SCAM CALLS YESTERDAY from 978-400-2559 were to 'lower our electric rates.' PROBABLY SAME SCAMMERS. WHY are these CRIMINALS not FOUND and IMPRISONED???Later this SAME DAY we got TWO calls from 855-284-4823 and 855-284-4824 an old "CHARITY" Scam.They KEEP TRYING MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY with VARIOUS SCAMS. We DO NOT ANSWER, and we DO NOT FALL for ANY OF these SCAMS. You'd think they stop wasting their OWN time and move on to the next poor stiff.

231-267-8110 called my LL 4/27/15 1:26 PM (AZ = MST), caller ID showed 'test' they left partial msg on ans mach (talked over greeting) - I listened to part of it & deleted - = 'lower interest' scam...

Card Services is trying new ways to scam us. Because I make payments on time they can reduce my interest. Caller ID said TEST. Earlier I got a call from INFO SURVEY at a different number that was Bridgett from Card Services. This call I pressed 1 and the accented voice asked how I was today and I said TERRIBLE. No comment from the other end then I said this was the second call I'd gotten from Card Services and then dial tone. I love to make them hang up on me.

I received the call today and the caller ID indicated TEST and then the number. They left no message as usual.
