Just got another call on my phone/caller ID said URG 231-383-8060....I did not answer and left no message....this is a TOTAL SCAM and people with no "guts" but a total nusiance.

When they call, set up an appt for carpet cleaning. Give them your address and when they show up, just tell them you don't know what they're talking about. I've been screwing with these morons for years. I no longer need a hobby.
