I call back 4 times back and asked who file a complaint me and she hang up. I called back and told her that I will call the police if she hang up again and she did. I just call the police non-emergency line to report the issue and file a police report. If you search this number and see this comment, please file a police report. This kind of scam need to be alert to all citizens. Their answer machine said R.E Processing and I search the name and it is some rubber company at TX.
I'm not sure if this is safe or not. They claim to be a collection agency representing Wells Fargo. Upon calling Wells, they stated they do not have an outstanding balance for me, nor do they have a record of sending me to collections. I would err on the side of caution and assume its NOT SAFE.

Won’t give up I never answer but they keep dialing it up. Irritating, say it’s debt collection and city says Dallas.
